1 PROFILE

As lawyers and consultants we offer in some disciplines of the legal profession versatile legal and consulting services to our clients. The issues of our clients, which are related to a lawsuit or not, are directly pursued by the lawyers of our office, based on a continuous communication, to inform our clients with required communication tools always about their issues.

3 COOPERATION

We work in consistent collaboration with our cooperative partners from many countries throughout the world so as to meet the requirements of our clients in the international field of law. As the Turkish representative of Law-Link, an international association of lawyers consisting of over 40 offices worldwide, we have on-going collaborations and exchanges of knowledge within the framework of Law-Link – The Global Law Group. Thus we are in a good position to provide consistent consultancy services and representation to our clients in all countries and cities where the offices of the Law Link members are located: lawlink.org. We are carrying out a comprehensive and very near cooperation with the Rother Law Office, located in Bonn, Germany: kanzlei-rother.de.

4 METHOD

In order to provide the safest legal protection, at first, we tend to pursue non-judicial solutions for the problems and needs of our clients by means of consultancy. In case of obligation, we certainly prosecute their rights in all the courts of the Turkish Republic. At this point, since the transparency of our services is crucial to us, we regularly inform our clients on the progress of their matters, possible risks, and predictable disbursements. In the realm of international law, we are working in cooperation with partners from Law Link group which is recognized and long-serviced in the field. We do care for the questions regarding taxation law and accounting system owing to our long-term collaboration with sworn-in certified public accountant Mr. Mehmet Aksoy and his sons Mr. Murat Aksoy and Mr. Taylan Aksoy.
